Has anyone had experience with Fairhaven law group?

I went to their website. They look reputed. I didn't see any consumer feedbacks though. The best place to research them will be the attorney general of your state as well as theirs. You will know more about their customer experiences

Started w/Fairhaven 4 months ago, Everything looked good on paper and the explanation sounded good. Reality kicked in when after not paying the bills, the credit card co.s started calling and turned things over to collection agency. As it stand now, I had made agreement with the credit cards that is only valid for 12 months. However, my payments are almost as much as they were before I turned to Fairhaven, plus the detailed breakdown is impossible to keep to, because the credit card compnanies are taking the money out and I can't save what Fairhaven showed me on paper. GO with a debt consolidation agency located in your area.

So do you pay monthly payments to both your creditors and Fairhaven?? Does Fairhaven automatically withdraw from your checking acount each month due to your contract with them??

I was thinking of going with Fairhaven because I was getting a lot of promo mail from it, but decided to go local instead. It was a little rough at first because I started paying the local company and was late on two cards because of it. Once my payments got caught up everything has gone smoothly. All of my cards are current with respect to payment. I'm still paying alot each month, but my interests rates have been lowered on all of the cards. My payment plan is supposed to allow me to be debt free in 5 years, and I started with $60k in debt.
My monthly statement is easy to read. It breaks down how much has gone to each credit card and what the new balance is.
I guess my point is, you can probably find a local debt relief agency that bases its entire business on local word of mouth and reputation, thereby guaranteeing you with a little more attention to your file.

They are crooks!!!! My sister in law got their flyer in the mail and used them. She set up an account, and they draft the money out of her account.They have taken $3700. to date. She is now being sued by her debtors.
First lesson do your homework!! You should stay in contact with your creditors. The debt service should get a copy of your bills and they will negotiate with the creditors. The creditors should adknowledge that your debt service has contacted them and your statments from your creditors should mention ccs or debt mangement or the like also keep an eye on your interest rates. I recommend to do a search for Clark Howard he is a consumer adavocate

I have been with Fairhaven Law Group for the past year and they have been great. They attorneys and have gone to court for me and I have settled almost all my debts. I have no idea who these people are who are saying anything bad about them. I highly recommend them all the way to any one. THEY ARE GREAT.

debt free now which is what I wanted. It is not easy and I had to save hard. I don't understand these people who are upset. I recommend them to every one
